Was the overall impact of the design diminished by having to spell out certain items? Also, is there a better way to illustrate what some of the spelled out items are? Any and all suggestions are welcome, thank you.

Hm, I like the idea a lot, but it is kind of weird that only certain items are spelled out. I think I'd be inclined to change the lead-in hed rather than force the idea of the illustration. Less might be more here.

I spelled out items that might have been unclear such as the sauce and sugar and fat while I felt other items were pretty self explanatory like the cheese and the desert. Changing the lead-in would have been a good idea. Thanks for your input.
