About me

Creative Director of the Gannett Design Studio in Nashville, which produces newspapers and magazines in 12 Southeastern markets.

Formerly the MTV (Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia) Team Leader, managing the team of designers who produce news/biz/opinion design and special projects for The Tennessean, The Clarion-Ledger, Hattiesburg American and The News Leader. We also handle features and sports design for the American and The News Leader.

Former designer/assistant art director/blogger for Memphis' The Commercial Appeal.

Studied Mass Communication at Middle Tennessee State University. Worked for four years at Sidelines, the editorially independent student newspaper.

Mom, internet addict, shameless pun maker, compulsive photo taker. Needs coffee and a creative outlet at all times.
