About me

Copy editor, page designer, grammarian, travel enthusiast.

I recently started as a designer at the Tulsa World, primarily for features pages. Before that, I was a copy editor and page designer at the Tyler Morning Telegraph for six and a half years. I also wrote features and the occasional column and took my own photos for my travel stories.

I was a Dow Jones copy editing intern at the Los Angeles Times in 2007, and I cut my editing teeth on Jayhawk basketball at the University Daily Kansan at The University of Kansas, where I focused on editing on photojournalism.
