About me

I’m a news designer with Kentucky roots, enjoying life in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Currently I’m a page designer at the Post and Courier Design Studio, designing live news, business and sports pages and building graphics for the Post and Courier and Aiken Standard. I’ve also held leadership positions at the College Heights Herald and Talisman yearbook while attending Western Kentucky University, and interned at The Huffington Post, tbt* (tabloid of the Tampa Bay Times) and the Lexington Herald-Leader.

I have avid interests in drinking too much coffee daily, taking Instagram a little too seriously and having in-depth conversations about the artistic merits of Carly Rae Jepsen’s stunning E•MO•TION record.

Oh, and I’m available for freelance work — I have experience in print publication design, infographics, coding, website building, editing, writing and reporting.
