For Memorial Day, we sat down with World War II veteran and Medal of Honor recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams of Fairmont, W.Va. The full story and additional art ran inside, but we thought we'd give him major play on 1A. Why so much attention for a living veteran on Memorial Day? Woody credits two young men who gave their lives protecting him so that he could complete the task that earned him the Medal of Honor. The medal, he says, belongs to them.
