One of the topics on the long wish list Rob Curley gave me when I started this job: The new quarters that were coming out with a little “W” mint mark on them. They’re limited edition quarters aimed at collectors but will be appearing — if they haven’t been already — in your pocket change. I took the opportunity to give a brief history of both quarters and mint marks. This is the third money page I’ve done in my career — I once did a page on the presidential dollar coins and I did one on the redesign of the $100 bill.
