I was given the task of creating a local arts-centric microtab, and I took it from brainstorming status all the way to publication. It lasted just a few months, but it was recently reborn as our broadsheet lifestyle section. This is the cover of the first edition of the tab. I channeled my crafty side and actually cut the nameplate out of fabric and sewed a pattern onto a piece of paper, then scanned them (and some pretty pins!) in to work into the design.
