For part three of the Houston Chronicle’s moon shot series, we focused on international cooperative efforts in space. I started the timeline for this chapter with Apollo 11, ran through the Apollo/Soyuz test project, the Mir and ISS efforts and up to the hoped-for resumption of U.S. launches in 2020.
