Thanks, Bill! I didn't give it too much thought. It would probably breath a little better with more room. I didn't want the headline over the sidewalk and I didn't want to lose any more news hole on the other two stories had I bumped it down. As I look at it I think what bothers me most in that spot it how close the N in NECESSARY is to the vertical rule.

I had a hunch you did this page, well done. Did you consider moving the headline up further so it wasn't so close to the horizontal rules?
