The San Francisco Giants win the 2010 World Series championship. My county, Marin, is that piece of land that the OTHER end of the Golden Gate Bridge connects to. As for the design, I really admire the posterlike front pages that others did, but we really have a commitment to local news — and as you can see, the news hole story isn't about the Giants' victory, it's about Marin fans. To me, poster pages don't accomplish this and are more about being commemorative editions — not that there's anything wrong with that.
