A local PR firm put me in touch with a doctor who specializes in Type 2 Diabetes. The man turned out to be a fabulous interview, which lead to one of the better science pages I've done yet. In particular, I'm proud of the sliding board analogy. Also, note that I turned this into a first-person by dropping in a few personal notes here and there. That's the first time I've tried that.
