I wanted to do something special for the 50th anniversary of the Alaska earthquake, but I had already run a brief item last October and the best photo I could find. It took me a while to decide on what angle to take. The one I chose: Our little corner of the "Ring of Fire." I didn't really focus on the San Andreas Fault, but you can trace its path through California, just by following the dots. March 27, 2014
