As the sports editor, my time for design work is limited. All but a few were done on a daily deadline. Some of the early clips were done in Quark but most are in InDesign or PhotoShop or (most likely) a mix of InDesign and PhotoShop. We switched from tabloid to broadsheet in fall of 2009.
