Hi Ankit and welcome.

It's easier to give advice on a specific page rather than a whole portfolio. That said, I can give you a couple things. 

You have some good work with a lot of energy. The best of the designs are the ones that best tell the story. When editing your work, ask yourself if each element on the page helps the reader get into and understand the story. 

Sometimes pages with fewer elements can have more impact, especially combined with the right amount of white space. Very busy pages can also be effective, but they need to be very well organized, by using grids or other alignment/spacing techniques.
