Wanted in Indiana: Dynamic page designer

​​Home News Enterprises, an award-winning Indiana newspaper company, is seeking a top-notch page designer editor for the company's newspapers.

Candidates must: have excellent editing and headline writing skills, be detail oriented, be able to work well under deadline pressure and do creative layouts that sizzle. Outstanding news judgment a must.

Candidates must take initiative, have leadership skills and be able to do informational graphics and design front, business, lifestyle and sports pages. Must be proficient in InDesign and have at least two years of daily newspaper experience. Experience in Illustrator a plus.

This is a great opportunity to do terrific journalism design.

Home News publishes newspapers, including the Daily Journal of Johnson County (near Indianapolis), The (Columbus) Republic and The (Seymour) Tribune. The page design offices are in Columbus, Indiana.

Columbus is often cited as a top place to live in the U.S.
