The Tulsa World is seeking a full-time designer to build sports and feature newspaper pages. The position includes designing special sections and the opportunity to contribute to all of our print and online products.
The newspaper just implemented a redesign that emphasizes planning and large-scale packages driven by creative use of type and photography. Designers get to work with some of the best photographers in the country and showcase their work with this new design. We're pushing the boundaries of what we can do, and designers are given alternative options for displaying content unavailable at many traditional newspapers.
The Tulsa World is part of Berkshire-Hathaway Media Group and is located in downtown Tulsa. The position includes a competitive salary and a full benefits package.
