The Gannett Design Studio in Asbury Park is hiring a Features Design Team Leader. It's an opportunity to have a broad influence, managing features design for 15 newspapers. 

Our ideal candidate will be a mentor to our enthusiastic team and help us maintain a culture where creative people can thrive. We've made a lot of progress in two years, but there is plenty of room to grow. It's a great time to jump into the pool.
