Help with Quark

I usually work with InDesign, but I have a job that requires me to use Quark Xpress, a program I haven't used in at least 10 years. I need to change style sheets on an existing 8-page template. When I tried, it defaulted back to the original style sheet. Can anyone help me?

The template is already designed. I just need to replace the exisiting style sheet with another one....nm
