Multibeam mapping of Australia's monumental reef.
A series of research vessel ocean mapping expeditions collected data using multibeam sonar. Combined with the latest singlebeam echosounder data, satellite remote-sensing and lidar bathymetric survey results, a new high-resolution depth model for the Great Barrier Reef and adjoining Coral Sea was being developed.

We visualized a part of the whole Area for National Geographic Magazine, to show some threatened Coral Reefs.
