Both are stock images. I wish I had the drawing capabilities to create an awesome, abstract illustration like the top one! I saved it right when I came across it a month or so ago and couldn't wait for Halloween to use it!
The bats are just a border type image I found. I'm still debating if the bats are too much or not.
