So, I had this news story about the strain photovoltaic installations, i.e. solar panels/energy, is putting on the local electrical grid here in Hilo, HI. I took the "grid" theme and ran with it. It all blended well with the grid pattern of the solar panel in the photo. Then I anchored the page with the manta ray regulation story and strong dark background. Any thoughts?
