Page Designer at the foot of the Rockies

The Gazette, a daily newspaper in Colorado Springs, Colo., is seeking a Page Designer to join a talented staff of four full-time and three part-time designers and artists.

We need someone who: creates engaging covers (news, business, features, sports and special sections - we can talk about which you're most interested in), thinks like a reader, challenges co-workers across the newsroom to excel, thrives under pressure, takes risks, collaborates, and is ready to help lead a major redesign of the newspaper.

We are revamping ways to reach our readers wherever and however they are seeking news, yet we also are focused on creating a richer experience for our dedicated newspaper readers.
